COMPULSORY EARTHQUAKE INSURANCE (DASK)

Following Decree Law No. 587, all independent sections under the scope of Property Ownership Law No. 634 throughout Turkey, buildings constructed as residences on privately owned registered real estate, independent sections within these buildings used for commercial purposes such as shops and offices, and residences built or financed by the state due to natural disasters are required to have this insurance. This insurance policy, which provides coverage against the risk of an "earthquake," can be obtained from our company upon declaration.

Buildings owned by public institutions and organizations, buildings constructed in village settlement areas, buildings entirely for commercial and industrial purposes, and buildings constructed after December 27, 1999, that do not have a construction permit in accordance with the relevant legislation, are excluded from the scope of Compulsory Earthquake Insurance.
