| ARTICLE 1 – The appendix of the Regulation on the Principles of Tariff Application in Compulsory Liability Insurance for Motor Vehicles, published in the Official Gazette dated 14/7/2007 and numbered 26582, has been amended as follows: | |||||||

| 3 Vehicles manufactured for the special purpose of transporting people or goods, such as fire trucks, ambulances (SA), broadcasting and recording vehicles (radio, cinema, television), libraries, motorized caravans (SA), armored vehicles (SB), research vehicles, hearses (SD), and motorized vehicles used for towing, transporting, or lifting damaged or broken vehicles. | |||||||
| 4 Vehicles that do not fall under the aforementioned definitions. | |||||||
| 5 The coverage amount for other material assets outside the vehicle is equal to the per-accident material coverage amount. | |||||||
| ARTICLE 2 – This Regulation comes into effect on January 1, 2013. | |||||||
