Our company was established in 1996 in Istanbul as the insurance agency of Swiss Insurance Co. Ltd. by Metin Yıldız.

Our founder, Metin Yıldız, graduated from Anadolu University with a degree in Economics. He began his professional career in 1985 in the accounting department of Termo Heat Isı Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. After working there for three years, he transitioned to the international transportation sector. From 1987 to 1991, he worked in the accounting and transportation departments at Zihni Nakliyat ve Ticaret A.Ş. In 1991, he was appointed as the Accounting Manager at Troyka Uluslararası Nakliye ve Ticaret A.Ş. After serving in this role for five years, he founded his own company in 1996 and began providing services in the insurance sector.

With extensive knowledge and experience in international transportation legislation and transportation accounting, our founder and our company offer "specialized insurance" services to international transportation companies, with a growing and evolving portfolio.

Our company specializes in the preparation and claims handling of domestic and international comprehensive insurance, Green Card insurance, liability insurance, CMR (international carrier liability), transport insurance, and domestic carrier liability insurance.
